09 May Engagement / Photographed by Chelsea Gray / Saturday, May 9 2009 When it was time for Perry and Sarah's engagement shoot, I suggested we switch it up a little and take our shots in the evening...Well tonight it was gently raining, so I wasn't worried, until we loaded the car and it immediately POURED. No problem, I told them...all's good in the photographic world. Us photographers LOVE rain, especially when we shoot in Black and White. So we headed for the Old Port of Montreal as the rain pounded harder and harder....Sarah glamorously waltzed up hills and tread through puddles as Perry laughed on. I had my expensive equipment dangling under a medium-sized umbrella and as I was not equipped with an assistant, it proved to be a very difficult task to shoot while keeping everything dry. Let's just say that we'll continue our shoot tomorrow in dryer conditions!
