I was pretty happy to see that the studio won 3 honourable mentions for my photographs in the Canada-wide wedding professionals’ contest held by BRIDE.CA The photos were “anonymised” by serial numbers and the judges were made up of the top wedding magazine editors in Canada. There were only a few studios that were awarded multiple honours!!
We’re so excited to have our first 2 page editorial in Mariage Québec’s real weddings section called MARIAGES D’ICI. They chose to feature our photographs from Stephanie and Jacob’s wedding in Lachute and titled it aptly: Rustique Chic.
We’re finally done editing! It’s time to relax and enjoy the holidays with a little R+R now….ahhhh.

I had the privilege of shooting Corey and Judith’s second wedding party early this October at the Chalet de la Plage, in Montreal’s famous Parc Jean Drapeau. It was a crazy night that started off with a cocktail hour by the ultra-fun Cinq A Chef catering company, followed by a roaring dance party with DJ Lenny. Now I’ve known Corey for almost ten years, and he and his circle of friends are some of the most funny people I’ve ever known. It was such a joy to see him and his beautiful wife Judith renew their vows to friends and family (they wed a month earlier on the beach in Maine with a small ceremony). Big ups to Lenny for playing non-stop hits from my youth!… go, Bel Biv Devoe, Boys to Men, and Heavy D!
