Yesimy and Jasen decided to meet me out in my ‘hood (Atwater Market) and take a little stroll near the water. I convinced the lady at the boat shop to lend us a boat for some pics, (after all, our couple is getting married soon!) but as usual I got caught up in the excitement and kept it too long…oh well, the $25 was worth it!

Mylene and Éric invited Elizabeth and I out to the country to do a family-oriented engagement session to celebrate their upcoming September nuptials. We can’t wait for their wedding, which will be entirely WHITE, based on the famous “diner en blanc” that originated in Paris. Here are our favourites:

This blog post should be narrated musically by this song: “Here’s that Rainy Day”, as it was resonating in my head all day long on August 15th. Louise and John’s Westmount nuptials were music-filled (of course) and although the rain was a fallin’, pianos were a jivin’ by night and some of the most talented jazz musicians in Montreal graced the stage of UPSTAIRS lounge well into the night. It was an absolute treat to be amongst such a fine ensemble of musicians that I couldn’t help but think about Gramps (who passed away this summer) and how much he would’ve loved watching them play. Jazziest wedding I’ve ever been to!

When I first met Natalie back in college, I asked her to do a crazy fashion shoot at a private sporting club and she was an absolute riot! So when Nat and Denis were officially engaged, it was my pleasure to shoot their extravagant party and fast-forward 3 years later, the final BIG DAY arrived- complete with CTV camera crew and everything! (You might recognize Nat from her many interviews on the news regarding the development of the new Shriners Hospital in Montreal). What a star!
